Latest issue
The latest issue of AMCS, 2009, Vol. 19, No. 4, contains a special section on Robot Control Theory, edited by Cezary Zieliński, and covers altogether 15 papers. We wish to thank the Editor and Authors for their cooperation with us on this issue.
Forthcoming issue
The next issue, 2010, Vol. 20, No. 1, will contain a special section on Computational Intelligence in Modern Control Systems and will be published towards the end of March 2010.

- Actuator fault tolerant control design based on a reconfigurable reference input by Didier Theilliol, Cédric Join and Youmin Zhang, published in 2008, Vol. 18, No. 4, which explores a new approach to enhance the performance of an active fault tolerant control system
- Effective dual-mode fuzzy DMC algorithms with on-line quadratic optimization and guaranteed stability by Piotr M. Marusak and Piotr Tatjewski, published in 2009, Vol. 19, No. 1, where the effectiveness of the proposed approach is tested on a control system of a nonlinear plant—a distillation column with basic feedback controllers.
